A heart block is a block type in Platform Racing 2.
It was added in February 2013 for a Motley Monday update as the first new block since the game's beta.[1]
It was inspired by The Pro's "health block", being repurposed to make it more appropriate for Valentine's Day.
Properties[]
Once bumped, players are granted complete invincibility from weapons and mines for 5 seconds, similarly to the Shield item in PR3.
If bumped in a deathmatch, they're also given an extra life.
Trivia[]
- Jiggmin partially made the block so he wouldn't have to add an adjustable health bar for deathmatches.[2]
- It shares its sound effect with the happy block.
